We are pleased to announce that TGE Marine AG has listed its shares on the Alternative Investment Market (AiM) of the London Stock Exchange.  Shares valued at €85m, representing 42.5% of the share capital, were sold during the listing to a broad range of international financial institutions.   The announcement attached below was made on the first day of dealings in the shares (15.5.2008) and the photo below shows Manfred Küver opening the stock exchange on behalf of TGE.
