TGE Marine AG is pleased to announce the delivery of the “STINA KOSAN”, a 9,000m³ Ethylene/ LPG carrier, which successfully performed its gas trial in Ulsan, Republic of Korea in April 2008. She is the second of three gas carriers built for Kosan at STX Shipbuilding Co. Busan, to be placed into service. STINA KOSAN executed the gas trial with Ethylene cargo which was supplied by trucks from a Terminal in Onsan. She proceeded to an outer anchor position off Ulsan after loading the vessel’s own deck tank, gassed up and cooled down both 4,500m³ cargo tanks to abt.-90 DEG Celsius. STINA KOSAN’s  maiden voyage took her to the Iranian port Assaluyeh in the Persian Gulf to load her first Ethylene cargo.  The “STINA KOSAN” will be employed and operated by Kosan Worldwide.
