TGE has developed special expertise for a variety of gas carriers such as:

• Fully and semi-pressurized LPG carriers
• Fully refrigerated LPG carriers
• Ethylene carriers
• LNG carriers

To date, the track record of TGE Marine Gas Engineering includes supplying cargo handling systems and cargo tanks to more than 100 gas tankers, which have been built at more than 20 shipyards in Europe, Asia, and South America.

Due to comprehensive know-how and continuous product development, TGE is a dominant industry leader with a market share of more than 70% for highly sophisticated ethylene carriers. Based on this vast experience with ethylene carriers, TGE has developed its own patent-pending tank concept for LNG carriers of up to 35,000 m³.
