TGE is primarily contracted by shipyards to provide gas handling and storage systems, procurement of components and raw materials and overall construction supervision of the gas handling and storage systems. Additionally, TGE is capable of designing the entire gas carrier in-house if required by the shipyard or ship owner. The Group works with medium-sized shipyards and focuses on carriers with capacities of less than 23.000 m³.                       

TGE normally secures its contracts either through a formal tender process or specific appointment of the shipyard and/or ship owner, many of whom are repeat customers.
