Dr. Manfred Küver – CEO
Dr. Küver joined TGE Marine Gas Engineering GmbH in 1989 and in 1997 was appointed Executive Vice President for the offshore business unit, now incorporated as TGE Marine AG. During his career at TGE Marine Gas Engineering GmbH he has held senior management positions within sales and project management. He has strongly influenced the company’s development in new offshore markets as well as its products. An industry expert, Dr. Küver has been a keynote speaker at numerous conferences and events (GasTech, GTI, etc.).  
Dr. Küver holds a diploma (Dipl.-Ing., 1981) and Ph.D. (Dr.-Ing.) in mechanical engineering from the University of Hannover, Germany.

Mr. Steffen Schober – CFO
Mr. Schober joined TGE Marine Gas Engineering GmbH in 2008 as Head of Finance and was appointed CFO in 2009. Prior to his assignment at TGE Marine Gas Engineering GmbH, Mr. Schober spent 12 successful years as a chartered accountant at Deloitte, Germany.  
Mr. Schober holds a diploma in Economics (Dipl.-Kaufm., 1995) from the University of Cologne, Germany. He is also a qualified tax advisor (holds the additional titles of Tax Advisor (Steuerberater, 2000) and chartered public accountant (Certified Public Auditor (Wirtschaftsprüfer, 2002).

Dr. Klaus-Dieter Gerdsmeyer – Director Sales & Business Development
Dr. Gerdsmeyer joined TGE Marine Gas Engineering GmbH in 1996 as a Project Manager for gas carrier projects. In his role he gained experience across multi-disciplinary and complex offshore projects and has successfully completed more than 30 gas carrier contracts to date.
In 2005 Dr. Gerdsmeyer was appointed Sales Director of the company’s offshore business unit and in 2007 became the Director Sales & Business Development for TGE Marine Gas Engineering GmbH.
Dr. Gerdsmeyer holds a diploma (Dipl.-Ing., 1985) and Ph.D. (Dr.-Ing.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hannover in Germany.

Mr. Ulrich Menninghaus – Project Director
Mr. Menninghaus joined TGE Marine Gas Engineering GmbH in 1997 as a Process Engineer within its offshore business unit and was appointed Project Manager in 2001. Since 2001 he has managed more than 30 gas carrier projects in shipyards across the globe. Notably, Mr. Menninghaus was the Project Engineer for TGE Marine Gas Engineering’s unique LPG-FSO.
Mr. Menninghaus was promoted Project Director in 2006 and is now responsible for the operational performance of the company’s complete range of marine contracts.
Mr. Menninghaus holds a diploma (Dipl.-Ing.) of Process Engineering from the University of Paderborn (1993), Germany.

Mr. William Wyatt – Chairman of the Board
Mr. William Wyatt worked for Close Brothers Corporate Finance before joining Caledonia in 1998 as Project Manager for Sterling Industries. In 2000 he became an Investment Executive on the investment team, was appointed an Associate Director in 2002 and an Executive Director in April 2005. Mr. Wyatt became a Non-Executive Director of TGE Marine Gas Engineering GmbH in 2006 when Caledonia acquired a majority stake in the company.

Mr. Vladimir Puklavec – Vice Chairman of the Board
Mr. Vladimir Puklavec has been the CEO of TGE Gas Engineering GmbH for the past 27 years. During Tractebel-Suez ownership of the company, he was member of the Executive Committee of Tractebel Engineering for four years. He led the MBO of the company from Tractebel-Suez Group and is a major shareholder in the Gasfin Group. Mr. Puklavec holds an advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Mr. Alfred Thyll – Member of the Board
Combined Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Ruhr-University Bochum.
Mr. Alfred Thyll joined the Supervisory Board of TGE Marine Gas Engineering GmbH as Independent Director in March 2008. He is currently a partner at Deloitte & Touche Germany, and has worked for Deloitte & Touche in both Germany and the US, primarily for manufacturing and engineering clients. Mr. Thyll is a qualified German tax advisor (StB), a member of the Institute of Auditors (IDW) and a specialist advisor and author on issues regarding German and US accounting standards. He is Chairman of the TGE Marine Gas Engineering GmbH audit committee.
