Successful Gas Trial of "JBU Schelde"

Beginning of November there was the successful gas trial of “JBU Schelde”.

The 10,000 cbm Ethylene carrier is a sister vessel of “JBU Maas” and “JBU Forth”, which have been built at SEKWANG HEAVY INDUSTRIES in Ulsan, Korea. TGE has delivered the entire gas handling system including cargo tanks as well as the ship design.

The gas handling systems have been installed and commissioned by the building yards under supervision of TGE site management in a professional manner with the result that all gas plant machinery onboard the three ships could have been started at the first push of the button.
