Dr. Manfred Küver , MSc, Ph.D.– CEO
Dr. Küver joined TGE in 1989. In 1997 he was appointed as Executive Vice President for the offshore business unit, now incorporated as TGE Marine Gas Engineering AG. During his career at TGE he has held management positions within sales and project management and has driven the development of TGE into new offshore markets and products. Dr. Küver led the technical development of the product line and is recognized expert and speaker on several international events [GASTECH, GTI etc.] Dr. Küver holds a diploma (1983) and Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from the University of Hannover,Germany.

Mr. Roland Fisher, ACA, MBA, MA – CFO
Mr Fisher joined TGE in 2007 as CFO. Previously, at Caledonia Investments Plc, Mr Fisher was the Investment Director responsible for originating and negotiating the MBO of TGE from Suez Group. Working with Caledonia Investments, and prior to that with Actis, he has spent 11 years managing private equity investment in the UK and emerging markets with particular emphasis on Oil, Gas and Resources. Mr Fisher holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and qualified with Deloitte as a UK Chartered accountant.

Dr. Klaus-Dieter Gerdsmeyer , M.Sc., Ph.D., – Director Sales & Business Development
Dr. Gerdsmeyer joined TGE in 1996 as a Project Manager for gas carrier projects. In this role he gained experience across multi-disciplinary and complex offshore projects and has successfully completed more than 30 gas carrier contracts. In 2005 Dr. Gerdsmeyer was appointed as Sales Director of TGE’s offshore business unit and in 2007 as Director Sales & Business Development for TGE Marine Gas Engineering. Dr. Gerdsmeyer holds a diploma (1985) and Ph.D. in mechanical engineering of the University of Hannover in Germany.

Mr. Ulrich Menninghaus , M.Sc.,– Project Director
Mr. Menninghaus joined TGE in 1997 as a process engineer in the offshore business unit and was appointed as Project Manager in 2001. Since 2001 he managed more than 30 gas carrier projects in shipyards across 2 continents. Notably, Mr Menninghaus was the project engineer for TGE’s unique LPG [FSO] Mr. Menninghaus was promoted to Project Director in 2006 and is now responsible for the operational performance of TGE on all marine contracts. Mr. Menninghaus holds a MSc of Process Engineering from the University of Paderborn (1993), Germany.
