TGE Marine Achievements

  • Our innovative RECONOMISER boil-off gas treatment systems ensures BOG consumption in the high-pressure main engine MAN ME-GI at low OPEX, CAPEX and reduced fuel consumtion and GHG emissions
  • We designed and supplied the cargo handling system for Crowley's 12,000 cbm bunker barge Happy River - set to be the largest of its kind to be built in the US
  • Nakilat's 260,000 cbm LNG carrier Rasheeda: the world's first conversion of two low-speed marine diesel engines to dual fuel engines with gas injection and adding a high-pressure LNG fuel gas system
  • CNOOC's 30,000 cbm Hai Yang Shi You 301, delivered in 2015, was the world's largest LNG carrier with type C bi-lbe tanks at that time
  • Anthony Veder's 7,500 cbm Coral Methane, the world's first combined LNG/LEG/LPG carrier, was converted into a bunker vessel in 2018

  • Navigator Gas' 35,000 cbm capacity ethylene/ethane carrier Navigator Aurora underwent a milestone conversion from LNG to an ethane fuel gas supply

  • Anthony Veder's 30,000 cbm LNG carrier Coral Nordic contains the world's largest bi-lobe type C tanks, sized at 16,000 cbm and 14,000 cbm respectively
  • Designing and suppling the cargo handling system for Northern Lights' four first-of-their-kind 7,500 cbm CO2 carriers, which will facilitate Europe's first full-scale CCS value chain
  • Sirius Veder's 5,800 cbm Coralius was one of the first three LNG purpose-built bunker vessels to enter the market

  • 1,000 TEU Seaboard Blue (formerly ElbBlue and WES Amelie) was retrofitted to LNG dual fuel propulsion in a container ship industry-first
  • Heerema's semi-submersible crane vessel Sleipnir entered service in 2019. We provided four independent LNG fuel gas systems and eight 1,151 cbm vertically installed foam insulated type C fuel gas tanks, which are installed inside the legs of the vessel, feeding engines with a power of 100 MW in total
  • Gasfin Development's 28,000 cbm FSRU barge Torman's 14,000 cbm type C tanks are the largest in the world. We provided not only the tanks, but the entire equipment scope
  • We supplied the LPG fuel gas and cargo handling systems to Japanese ship owner Kumiai Senpaku's 40,000 cbm LPG-/Ammonia-/VCM carrier Mirai, delivered in 2023
  • Wideshine's 93,000 cbm LPG carriers Gas Neptune and Gas Jupiter VLGCs have been fitted with our fuel gas systems for the use of LPG in the main engines. We also provided the cargo handling system
  • Höegh Autoliner's Aurora class will be the world's first ammonia- and methanol- ready PCTCs. The twelve vessels, each fitted with one bi-lobe type C multi-fuel gas tank, have been granted DNV's ammonia- and methanol-ready Ti notation, and will be capable of conversion to zero-carbon Ammonia
