At TGE Marine, we believe that good onboarding lays the foundation for long-term success. That's why all colleagues take part in our induction programme and are assigned personal mentors who support them as they settle in, offer guidance and show them what opportunities are available.
In addition, new employees gain insight into the various departments, which gives them a better understanding of the overall structure and collaboration within the company. At the same time, we encourage early involvement in projects, because active participation is the best way to grow into the team, gain valuable experience and make a difference right from the start.
