Careers - All aboard

Working for TGE Marine

Our greatest asset are the people who work in our crew. Our collaboration is based on trust, fairness and respect. Diversity is our strength and basis for innovation.

About us

TGE Marine Gas Engineering is the leading liquefied gas systems’ provider, specialising in the design and engineering of cargo handling systems and tanks for any type of liquefied gas carriers, bunker ships and FSRUs.

With our passion for innovation, we are supporting the industry with technical solutions for a sustainable future, such as alternative fuels or CO2 transport for CCS projects.

About our crew

Our technologies and projects are highly specialised - and so are our colleagues.

You will fit in particularly well if you like working in a dynamic project environment and enjoy working in interdisciplinary and intercultural project teams.

Working in a small organisation, which on the one hand offers creative freedom and on the other hand requires a high degree of personal responsibility, offers a great deal of room for personal development and for growing with the tasks required.
Due to complex technology, you should have a willingness to learn and strive for long-term cooperation.

We are a small and very international crew.
We are happy to welcome new crew members who are active and committed in helping to shape our company in the spirit of our values.

About the Application Process

Please complete your application documents as thoroughly as possible, so that we can get as accurate a picture as possible.
Please do not forget to state your salary expectations and your availability.

In our interviews, openness and honesty are important to us right from the start, so that we can find out whether we are a good fit for each other.
Are there topics in the advertisement that you cannot cover? If so then we will find out together what experience you already have and what you can still learn with us.

In an initial video call, we find out together whether our expectations match.
The aim of the first appointment is to give our applicants the opportunity to understand the job in detail.
As a potential new employer, we also want to get to know the person behind the application documents. This interview is usually accompanied by HR as well as the respective head of the department.

The first impression was good? Great!
Then we would like to invite you to a second appointment with us in Bonn.
Here we want to deepen our impression and give you ample opportunity to take a look behind the scenes. This could include a tour of the company, getting to know potential colleagues or even an insight into practical tasks.
We will coordinate the exact schedule with you in advance so that you can tune in and prepare yourself.
