Furetank’s 18,0000 DWT Chemical Tanker ‘Fure Ven’ build in China and is one of the 4 Vessels equipped each with a TGE FGSS and 2 vacuum insulated tanks supplying gas to 4 stroke DF engines – BV class.
‘Fure Ven’ is the first foreign flagged vessel to bunker LNG in the United States at JAXPORT. TGE’s Fuel gas systems in the US Market is growing constantly. Momentarily we are providing our FGSS to Box liners build at Keppel AmFELS under Jones Act – ABS class. TGE Marine sees further big potentials for larger ATB’s, Greatlakers, Box Liners, Tankers and Bulker vessels, as the number of bunker Stations, such as in Jacksonville, and bunkervessels availability is rapidly growing in the USA.
